  14. There seems to be a bug in the latest release of ReqChange.  I cannot set
  15. requestors to pop up on the mouse pointer.  I pick one to come up on the
  16. pointer and all the others (which I just tried to set) reset themselves to
  17. "upper left hand side".  What's the problem?
